About Us
Pinpoint School Of Biblical Counselling is a non-profit organization and a registered Charitable Trust, located in Auckland, New Zealand. Pinpoint's soul purpose is to teach Biblically Based Psychology and Counselling via Correspondence and Seminars. 

The basis of Pinpoint's existence is the Counselling Ministry of Pastor Allan Anderson. Pastor Allan Anderson has built up a vast and in-depth repertoire of Teaching and Doctrine, accumulated over the last 25 years, and established Pinpoint School and its Biblical Counselling Course, to endow others with his knowledge and understanding.

Allan Anderson 
Pastor Allan Anderson, ANZIMLS, MDiv, PhD, has had over 25 years of Counselling experience and an extensive teaching ministry. This has resulted in many invitations to minister in Bible Colleges, Churches, Pastors Retreats, etc., both throughout New Zealand and internationally.

Pastor Anderson majors on constructing comprehensive Biblical Doctrines, to define Biblical ministries, which allow Christ to channel His power through fully trained and anointed Counsellors. He has become especially well known for his pioneering research on the Proverbs 19:21 "Devices of the Heart", which has yielded a conceptual kaleidoscope of Biblical perspectives, which has proved to be a major breakthrough on the power of Biblical Counselling.

Prior to entering into full time ministry Pastor Anderson was a medical research scientist for 18 years. He published some 14 scientific articles, and, one of the highlights of his medical career was working in Capetown during 1971, in the research laboratory which assisted Dr Christian Barnard with his groundbreaking heart transplantations!

Pastor Anderson is the Founding Director and Principal of Pinpoint School of Biblical Counselling, which commenced in 1986. He is also the Founding Director and Senior Counsellor of Pinpoint Counselling Service established prior in 1981. He is also the founder and Senior Pastor of Mid City Church established in 1986.

History
To meet the deep needs within the churches and the community, Pinpoint Counselling Service was established 25 years ago in 1981 in Auckland, New Zealand, by Founding Director, Pastor Allan Anderson. As the Counselling Service developed, it became evident that our training of Counsellors, needed to be formalized into the establishment of Pinpoint School of Biblical Counselling. Pastor Allan Anderson opened the School in 1986, to train people comprehensively in Biblical Psychology and in the "Spirit of Counsel".
